Colleen was born and raised in Keswick, but her school and work moved her into the Toronto area. However, when Colleen & Steve settled down, they decided to return to Keswick to raise their children and moved back in January 1989. As the National Manager of one of Canada's largest corporate relocation companies, Colleen has gained over 10 years of invaluable experience in the process of moving people across North America. She has her real estate licence and as such is versed in the complexities of the real estate process. Among her other duties, Colleen spearheads the day to day administration of Team Peroff.

Pat is a long time Georgina resident. Pat has over 20 years of Client Services and Insurance acumen to provide her home sellers and buyers with complete customer care. Pat is a talented and accomplished business professional with strong experience in real estate practices. Her integrity and commitment to success makes Pat a true buying and selling professional. Detailed and proficient, Pat ensures all her buyers and sellers have a positive experience within the Team Peroff process.

Kent Atkins- Licensed Sales Representative  
With over 20 years of full time real estate experience, Kent comes to us knowing the full value of working with a team. He is an accomplished, well respected sales professional and a member of the prestigious Re/Max Hall of Fame. Since 1999 Kent and his wife and children have resided in Keswick and as such has become aware of the uniqueness of our Georgina. In his spare time, Kent is very involved in our community, coaching and managing many minor hockey and baseball teams. Kent has a genuine desire to serve his clients and has always treated them as he would like to be treated, with the utmost of respect. He is an experienced, knowledgeable and personable professional, and I am looking forward to Kent joining my Real Estate Team and helping us to provide our clients with the level of service they deserve and have become accustom to. 

Cathy Hiltz – Marketing Coordinator
Cathy comes to us with many years of business experience. Most notably she is a published marketing writer as well as a previous newspaper owner/operator. Cathy is in charge of coordinating Team Peroff’s overall marketing plan, website maintenance and marketing materials. Additionally, she works with the Team on their many community activities.
